My first crime novel, DEAD IN DEVON, set in the Dartmoor town of Ashburton, was published by Allison and Busby in June 2019. It was my own meandering career path, first as a teacher, then as an artist, astrologer and dabbler in antiques , which led to the creation of my heroine, Juno Browne, amateur sleuth and reluctant antique-shop owner, and her eclectic selection of friends. Since then, six Juno Browne novels have been published, with the next one out in January
I live in Devon with my husband. When I'm not writing I am actively involved in amateur theatre as an actor and director. I also enjoy cooking and gardening.
The seventh Juno Browne novel, 'A Devon Midwinter Murder' is coming out in November 2023. I am currently working on no 8.
